Trabzon property splits along the same lines as the tourism map. Central apartments are close to services and schools but face parking and density pressure. The coastal corridor through Yomra and Akçaabat has been the main direction of new development, usually with sea views and newer buildings. Inland, Maçka, Çaykara and the highland villages are largely seasonal, and access in winter is a genuine consideration rather than a detail.
